Botnets are one such security danger which requires an elevated degree of examination and concentration to be killed. In this paper, we use AI to identify Botnet assaults. Utilizing the Bot-IoT and College of New South Grains (UNSW) datasets, four AI models in view of four classifiers are constructed: Gullible Bayes, K-Closest Neighbor, Backing Vector Machine, and Choice Trees. Utilizing 82,000 records from UNSW-NB15 dataset, the choice trees model has yielded the best in general outcomes with 99.89% testing exactness, 100 percent accuracy, 100 percent review, and 100 percent F-score in distinguishing botnet assaults
